Quality Austria Central Asia equips over 250 employees with AI Skills through NIIT Foundation Partnership

Artificial intelligence is no longer a future consideration. It’s here and it’s moving fast, organisations that do not actively build capacity to work alongside it risk falling behind. At Quality Austria Central Asia (QACA), we chose to get ahead of that curve.

QACA has successfully completed a company-wide AI Upskilling Program in partnership with NIIT Foundation, training over 250 employees on advanced AI tools including ChatGPT, Claude and Microsoft Copilot. The program, delivered as a part of our corporate social responsibility initiative, gave participants direct, practical exposure to the technologies that are actively reshaping industries around the world.

The pace at which AI tools are evolving means that professional skill sets must evolve alongside them. What qualifies as technological literacy today looks very different than what it did two years ago and that gap will only widen. QACA took the lead to bridge that gap for its workforce before the distance became a disadvantage.

Participants moved through hands-on training sessions designed to go beyond surface level familiarity. The program was structured to help employees not just understand how AI works but to apply it meaningfully within their day to day responsibilities. Whether the goal is improving research efficiency, streamlining communications or automating repetitive tasks, the skills gained through this program translates directly into stronger, faster and more informed work.

Assessment results at the close of the program reflected outstanding and satisfactory outcomes across participants and we commend every employee who brought dedication and seriousness to the learning process.
