Bulandshahr District Magistrate Office Awarded ISO 9001:2015 Certification

On 20 April 2026, Quality Austria Central Asia awarded the ISO 9001:2015 certification to the District Magistrate Office, Bulandshahr, making it the first in the region to achieve this distinction under a globally recognised Quality Management System.

The certification marks a tangible shift in how a government office delivers services to the public and reflects months of deliberate, sustained reform by the district administration.

With QACA's quality management framework in place, files are now organised in dedicated storage rather than scattered across tables, information boards outside each department guide citizens to the right place and work gets completed within defined timeframes. The administration also established a quality policy across all offices to sustain these standards going forward and all staff received training aligned with QACA's requirements for efficient management and courteous public conduct.
