TISAX® (Trusted Information Security Assessment) Implementation Training Course

OEMs share drawings, specifications and prototype data, and they want evidence that it is protected before they share anything. TISAX is how that evidence is standardised: one assessment, recognised across the industry, instead of a different security questionnaire from every customer.
This two-day instructor-led programme is designed for professionals in the automotive sector who have to implement the Trusted Information Security Assessment framework. Participants gain practical knowledge of the VDA ISA catalogue and learn how to meet the security requirements set by the ENX Association, the framework's official governance body. An international standard for Information Security Management Systems, applicable to any organisation in any sector.
TISAX
A specialised automotive assessment framework, based on information security requirements defined by the VDA and governed by the ENX Association.
What it means in practice: an ISO 27001 certificate does not satisfy an OEM asking for a TISAX label. The two overlap considerably in controls, which is why an organisation with a working ISMS has a shorter route to TISAX readiness, but they are not interchangeable.

Examination and Certificate

After the instructor-led programme, participants sit a multiple-choice examination. Those scoring above the passing criteria are awarded the certificate.
Certificate of Successful Completion
Participants who pass the examination receive a certificate of Successful Completion for the TISAX Implementation Training Course.
