CQI 23 : Molding System Assessment Training Course
AIAG CQI-23 is the special process standard that sets out complete guidelines for the self-assessment of the plastic molding process. The main objective of the assessment is to prevent the occurrence or reoccurrence of quality issues related to plastic injection molded parts, and to drive continual quality improvement.
This two-day course prepares participants to conduct a CQI-23 Molding System Assessment in their own organisation or across their supply base, working section by section through the assessment, the assessor requirements and the process requirement tables for each molding operation. The standard was published in its 1st edition in March 2014 by AIAG, developed with Ford Motor Company.
