Recommended Prior Knowledge

Before attending, participants are expected to understand:

• Process approach in quality management.
• Model of a process-based QMS, including ISO 9001:2015 structure and content

The course has been designed in a structured manner in which the above topics will not be covered in detail. Hence the delegates shall come prepared with the above knowledge. If you lack prior knowledge, complete a CQI-IRCA QMS Foundation Course or equivalent.
