Recommended Prior Knowledge

Before attending, participants are expected to understand:

• The Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle.

• Key quality terms and the 7 Quality Principles from ISO 9000
• The process approach in quality management.
• The model of a process-based Quality Management System, including the structure and content of ISO 9001:2015

The course has been designed in a structured manner in which the above topics will not be covered in detail. Hence the delegates shall come prepared with the above knowledge. Participants not having prior knowledge are advised to gain the same by completing a CQI-IRCA Certified QMS Foundation Training Course or equivalent.
