IRF TRUSTED MARK LLP is promoted by the IMAGES Group, the premier knowledge, networking and business platform for India’s burgeoning retail, consumer brands and Shopping Centre industries.

Certification to the ‘Trusted Mark’ assures that the organization has adequate systems and infrastructure in place to provide confidence to its customers in the quality of service provided by the organization and further assures that the systems of the organization have been independently assessed by an impartial third party. Quality Council of India (QCI) was established as a National body for Accreditation on recommendations of the Expert Mission of EU after consultations in the Inter-ministerial Task Force, Committee of Secretaries and Group of Ministers through a Cabinet decision in 1996. Accordingly, QCI was set up through a PPP model as an independent autonomous organization with the support of the Government of India and the Indian Industry represented by the three premier industry associations, (i) Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India (ASSOCHAM), (ii) Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and (iii) Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI).

Voluntary Certification and Rating Scheme for Private Security Agencies “Security sTar Agencies Rating Scheme” (STARS)

Private Security Industry (PSI) of India is comprised of over 22,000 Private Security Agencies regulated through Private Security Agencies Regulation Act-2005 and the Rules as applicable in the jurisdiction.

Quality Council of India (QCI), India’s apex quality facilitation and national accreditation body, and the Central Association of Private Security Industry (CAPSI), the preeminent organization for security professionals, have signed an MoU to operate a voluntary certification and rating programme for Private Security Agencies. This process of standardization will help the Agencies enhance their credibility and consequently their business.

QACA is a first certification body to certify the Provate Security Agencies under this scheme recognized by QCI.

Food Safety Standards Authority of India


Food Safety and Standards Authority of India is a statutory body established under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India. The FSSAI has been established under the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006, which is a consolidating statute related to food safety and regulation in India.

QACA is recognised as a Third Party Auditing Agency to perform Food Safety Schedule IV audits, Hygiene Rating Audits, Eat Right Campus (ERC) Audits, Eat Right School (ERS) Audits, BHOG (Blissful Hygiene Offering to God) Audits, Clean Street Fruits and Vegetable Audits, Clean Street Food Hub Audits, High-Risk Manufacturing audits.


The Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (PNGRB) was constituted under The Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board Act, 2006 (NO. 19 OF 2006) notified via Gazette Notification dated 31st March, 2006.

The Act provide for the establishment of Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board to protect the interests of consumers and entities engaged in specified activities relating to petroleum, petroleum products and natural gas and to promote competitive markets and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.

Further as enshrined in the act, the board has also been mandated to regulate the refining, processing, storage, transportation, distribution, marketing and sale of petroleum, petroleum products and natural gas excluding production of crude oil and natural gas so as and to ensure uninterrupted and adequate supply of petroleum, petroleum products and natural gas in all parts of the country.
