The credibility of a Certification Body or an Inspection body conducting conformity assessment is established by independent national Accreditation boards through a thorough a rigorous evaluation process. Accreditation boards also have a mutual recognition system such as through the International Accreditation Forum (IAF) and similar other oversight bodies, therefore the certificate issued by an accredited certification or inspection body, which under the multilateral agreements, signifies that the certificate is of equal credibility as the certificates issued by other accredited certification or inspection bodies. 

Accreditation is increasingly proving to be a necessary basis for successful participation in international competitions.

When a company chooses an accredited certification body or inspection, it also demonstrates genuineness and therefore acceptance from customers.

Quality Austria is globally accredited by Akkreditierung Austria, the accreditation body of the government of Austria. Quality Austria Central Asia is also accredited by the National Accreditation Board for Certification Bodies (NABCB) which is a part of the Quality Council of India. Quality Austria also has recognition as a certification body by the International Automotive Task Force (IATF). Quality Austria has the recognized as a certification body by the Global Food Safety Initiative for the certification of food businesses. Quality Austria is accredited as an Inspection Body by NABCB as per requirements of ISO 17020 in the fields of Coal, Food, Metal, Pumps, Electrical, Gas supply, Water supply, Construction, petroleum, and Sanitation Surveys.

Quality Austria is accredited by the Chartered Quality Institute U.K. for conducting CQI-IRCA Accredited Lead Auditor courses for ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, and ISO 27001 Information Security Management System.

Regulatory Approvals:

Quality Austria Central Asia has received recognition from the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (PNGRB) to carry out inspections of City Gas Distribution, Natural Gas Pipelines, and Petroleum and Petroleum Products Pipelines.

Quality Austria Central Asia has the approval of the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) to carry out Food and Hygiene audits of Food Business Operators (FBOs). Quality Austria Central Asia is recognized as a Third Party Auditing Agency to perform Schedule IV audits, Hygiene Rating Audits, Eat Right Campus (ERC) Audits, Eat Right School (ERS) Audits, BHOG (Blissful Hygienic Offering to God) Audits, Clean Street Fruits and Vegetable Audits, Clean Street Food Hub Audits, High-Risk Manufacturing audits.

Quality Austria Central Asia is recognized by the regulator, Central Drugs Standard Control Organization (CDSCO) as a Notified Body to carry out audits for Class A and Class B Medical device manufacturers for the purpose of grant of a license by the State Licencing Authority as per the Medical Device Rules – 2017.

Quality Austria Central Asia is approved by the Quality Council of India (QCI) to carry out GeM (Government E-Market Place) Assessments for OEM and retailers and also approved to grant MSME Sustainable (ZED) Certification against 3 levels of Certification
